In the last two years we have reached a growth of 400 people – 200 in Plovdiv and 200 in Sofia. Following this success till the end of 2017 we will have at least 300 new positions with English only for both of our wonderful offices in Sofia and the one in Plovdiv.

 

Our people represent 60K and our Client on a top level providing high quality customer support services via telephone and/ or e-mail. They are involved into our dynamic and professionally structured business process and are responsible to keep up with the level of customers’ satisfaction expectations.
