Customer Support Representative English

 

Profile of the position:

 

Our team provides customer support services to one of the well-known sport brands worldwide. This is an innovative brand related to Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. In your daily routine you will be required to consult our Client’s sport trainers by providing them with high level support and care upon their specific requests. Moreover you will have the once in a life time opportunity to enrich your knowledge in the sport area, practice your foreign languages and customer care skills by communicating with positive and artistic people contacting you from different parts of the world.

 

Employment details and conditions:

 

Type of the service channels: Telephone calls / E-mail communication

Type of service provided: Customer care consultancy and advisory, Resolving problems

Languages required: English (excellent, UK or US accent will be considered as a great advantage)

Working week: Standard working week – Mon-Fri, 2 days off

Working shifts: Flexible working hours – 1:30 pm – 8:00 am / 8 hours per day

Starting date: ASAP
