UK Customer Experience Awards


For the first time 60K has been recognized from the UK Customer Experience Awards and is a Finalist in the Large Contact Centre and Employee Engagement categories of these national Awards.

 

EOA Awards 2014


60k has been shortlisted in the category of: Best Outsourced Customer Service Team at the NOA`s Outsourcing Professional Awards as well as for: European Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year and Corporate Social Responsibility at the Euorpean Outsourcing Association (EOA).
Stevie® Awards For Sales & Customer Service 


The 8th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service, which took place at a gala banquet at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, Nevada on Friday 21st February, saw some industry legends honoured, but also some up and coming stars walk away with awards. More than 400 nominated customer service and sales executives attended.

 

Held every year in Las Vegas, the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service recognise the achievements of call centre, customer service, and sales professionals worldwide. For many they are the culmination of a hard year’s work, or a lifetime of service in the industry.

 

60K had a good start of the year with the two bronze Stevie trophies for:

 - Front line customer service team with Sky Broadband

- Customer support department of the year with Thomas Cook

 

Top ICT Employer 2013

60K was awarded for all its efforts to its employees with the prize Top ICT Employer 2013 in category Outsourcing of IT Services (ITO) – all the winners were elected by survey conducted among all 60k employees. The survey was done by the Audit Advice Associates Company, which are specializing in HR audits. In the second edition of “ТOP ICT Employer”, 26 participants had joint (the same number as year 2012). The number of the employees who have filled the survey reached 2151 (whereas in 2012 there were 1771).

 

The goal of “ТOP ICT Employer” is to show the most preferred employers in the IT sector in Bulgaria, to outline the leading tendencies in management and development of HR and to identify the key areas in which managers can improve how they manage their companies as well as the employees` effectiveness.

The survey for a particular industry allows a greater objectivity and benchmarking of the results among the participating companies.

 

European Call Centre And Customer Service Awards 2013 

 

60k is the proud winner of the 2013 Outsourcer of the Year Award!

 

 

Many of those attending the 2013 European Call Centre & Customer Service Awards, held on 2nd October at a glittering ceremony at the London Hilton on Park Lane might have been surprised by the name that  comedian Jimmy Carr pulled from his envelope. They would have been expecting one of the established names in the UK or perhaps Ireland. After all the other categories had been dominated by names such as Barclays Wealth Management, Virgin Media, and Tesco.


As well as picking up the Outsourcer of the Year award 60K was also shortlisted in two other categories: 

  • Best Travel & Hospitality Project
  • Outsourcing Partnership of the Year

 

Grapevine Awards


60K took part in the Fifth internal communication conference "Succesful Communications Start from Within", which was held on 27th June in Sopharma Business Centre. In a special ceremony the winners for Internal Effective Communication were announced.

17 projects competed in categories such as Best Internal Communication Campaign, Best Employee Engagement Program, Best Internal Event etc.

60K won a Special Award for Creativity for its campaign “The Rhythm of 60K”. This is one of our most important awards won to date and we particularly value this prize because every employee took part and contributed in the whole process. 

 

NOA Professional Awards 

 


The NOA’s Outsourcing Professional Awards took place in the Radisson Blu Portman Hotel, London. The inaugural Awards saw recognition of individual key professionals within outsourcing, who have demonstrated best practice, exceptional business acumen and have gone above and beyond in demonstrating that outsourcing works.

 

Nearly 100 outsourcing professionals from brands such as Zurich, Deloitte, Marks & Spencer, as well as major UK and international outsourcing providers, competed for the inaugural National Outsourcing Association Professional Awards.

 

60k has been shortlisted to win an award at the NOA’s Outsourcing Professional Awards in the following categories:

 

Outsourcing Rising Star of the Year - Dessislava Abbott

Best Outsourced Customer Service Team

Best Business Process Outsourcing Team

Best Offshored Outsourcing Team

 

While many of those winners were UK companies, the prestigious award for Best Outsourced Customer Service Team went to 60k. The company has been working with Thomas Cook for three years now, and has a team of 90 handling customer service webchats.


7th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service 

60K Ltd. was presented with a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Best Contact Center Over 100 Seats category in the seventh annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.


The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top sales awards, contact center awards, and customer service awards.  The Stevie Awards organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows including the prestigious American Business AwardsSM  and International Business AwardsSM.

 

The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Monday, February 25 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas.  More than 300 nominated customer service and sales executives from the U.S.A. and several other countries attended.  



European Outsourcing Association Awards (EOA)

The European Outsourcing Association Awards took place in Amsterdam. The ballroom of the NH Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky was filled with the cream of the European sourcing industry, who watched on earnestly waiting to see if it would be them who claimed a prestigious best practice award. 


 

At the Gala Dinner on the same evening the EOA Award winners were announced. We are happy to share that 60K is the proud winner of the Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year Category.

Finalists for the Awards are who judges consider to have a very tight and effective client/outsourcer relationship based around clear goals, mutual respect and a high quality multilingual operation with an engaged workforce.
Bulgaria's leading call center 60K has been officially named highly commended in the category Best Outsourcing Partnership of 2011 at a glamorous European Call Center Awards ceremony held in the London Hilton on Park Lane. 60K is coming second only to Sitel/Lifescan, two of the biggest companies globally. Other finalists who came in behind 60K were Firstsource & Giffgaff, Gem & Cisco, City Park Technologies & American Express and Ventura & RSPCA.
The European Call Centre Awards formally recognize professional excellence across Europe. Now in its 16th year, the Awards have become a firmly established annual event rewarding the individuals and companies that have made a real impact over the previous 12 months. The Awards are also the sister event to Europe's number one exhibition Call Centre & Customer Management Expo held on October 11-12, which runs at the Earls Court Olympia on the two days surrounding the Awards night. The Head of judges Claudia Hathway defines this expo and awards as "the best and the brightest the industry has to offer."
There were 14 categories to recognize the teams, individuals and the innovation projects within the call centre. Bulgaria-based company 60K was represented by Jonathan Gladwish (CEO) and Ivan Ivanov (COO) along with their guests from two of their Major Clients: Thomas Cook and Be. 60K/Be (part of O2 in UK) were highly commended for their partnership at the gala ceremony, attended by representative of the global business world and over 200 exhibitors:
"This commendation is a reflection of the strong relationship we have with Be. This has been developed over the past three years and 60K feel, and are treated as an extension of Be's organization. Both Be's management team and 60K's staff always put Be's customers first and are renowned in the industry as providing Amazing Customer Service, which is thanks to the dedication and efforts of all involved!" mentioned Jon Gladwish.


Contact Centre World Awards 2009 and 2010

60K won the gold medal in the Contact Centre World Awards!

 

 2009 Awards:

Samuil Filipov and Kaloyan Valev - the chosen finalists from 60K, performed admirably at the EMEA finals. They were finalists in the Best Contact Centre Agent and the Best Contact Centre Supervisor categories.

 After Samuil won the Best Customer Service Agent Award for EMEA region, he proceeded to the world finals at Las Vegas, where he won the gold medal and became the Best Customer Service Agent in the world.

 

2010 Awards:

60K qualified for the EMEA finals and won silverware in the following categories:

 •Silver Medal in the Best Contact Centre (Medium Size) category

•Silver Medal in the Best Outsourcing Partnership category (with the award-winning project for BE Broadband)
•Bronze Medal in the Best Trainer category
